This giant German pointed cabbage has long been used for shredding to make classic sauerkraut and delicious coleslaws. A full sized cabbage can weigh 4.5kg (10lbs). However at closer spacing it will produce great ‘family sized’ cabbages.
- Large pointed heads can be close-spaced for smaller cabbages.
- Because of its thin tender leaves it is often used for shredding.
